GUIDE 01
Set the time limit before opening a game
Choose the session length in advance and use a timer when helpful. Include the time spent browsing the lobby, building a fantasy team and reviewing results—not only active rounds.
Reaching the limit is the planned finish. Close the session instead of negotiating for extra time after an outcome.
GUIDE 02
Use an entertainment budget
Treat the budget as the cost of entertainment, not a target to grow. Outcomes are uncertain and play should never be presented as income.
Do not borrow to play
Do not increase the limit to recover a result
Keep rewards and bonuses inside the same limit
Stop when the chosen budget is reached
GUIDE 03
Recognise when to pause
Pause immediately when one signal appears. Step away from the screen, speak with someone you trust and do not return simply because a new activity or reward appears.
Play no longer feels enjoyable
You are rushing through controls or terms
You want to recover a previous result
You are hiding time or spending
Play affects sleep, work, study or relationships
GUIDE 04
Ask for account-level help
Stop the current session
Close the game and do not make another payment or entry while requesting support.
Choose the support topic
State whether you want a limit, a longer break, account closure assistance or help understanding an existing control.
Share safe details
Provide the registered number and request context, but never a password or OTP.
Keep the reference
Save the support confirmation and follow the instructions provided for the account.
GUIDE 05
Protect the limit from promotions and outcomes
A reward, leaderboard or match alert should not reopen a session that has reached its planned end. Mute promotional notifications during a pause and avoid checking the lobby only to see whether a new activity appeared.
Use the same rule after both positive and negative outcomes: the time and entertainment-budget limits remain unchanged. A consistent finish is easier to follow than a limit that depends on the latest result. If the plan repeatedly changes during play, choose a longer pause and ask support about available account controls.
No extension for a reward
No extension after a result
Mute return cues during a pause
Use account help when self-set limits are not enough
GUIDE 06
Make the pause easy to keep
Remove shortcuts, mute promotional notifications and avoid checking time-sensitive activities during the break. A pause works best when the next action is decided in advance.
